• Cancellation with in 7 days after signing up:
  Payment returned minus $25 administration fee.
  
  
• Cancellation made more than 90 days prior to program
  50% refund.
  
  
• Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to program
  No refund.

  In the event that we have to cancel a program, you will receive a full refund. It is rare that we cancel a program. However, every once in a while it does happen. For this reason we suggest you purchase travel insurance for your plane ticket, etc.
